SUPPLY OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS

(SVIAS/PC/ NCB/2024/ 01)

1. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee of the Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka Invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Supply of Desktop Computers to Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka.

3. A completed set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application by the bidder himself or by bidders’ representatives to the address above (In Item 5) and upon payment of non-refundable fee of LKR 4,000/= per procurement document, from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm up to 09.08.2024
4. The mode of payment shall be either in cash or bank draft in favor of “Deputy Bursar, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka”.  The Bidders can also down load the Bidding documents from the Institute Website i.e. www.svias.esn.ac.lk. Those who are obtaining bidding documents from the Institute Website should submit the completed documents along with a Bank Draft drawn in favour of the “Deputy Bursar, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka” for Rs. 4000/- as non-refundable fee or to the shroff. The documents can be purchased up to 09.08.2024.
5. The interested bidder may participate at the pre bid meeting scheduled to be held at 02.30 p.m. on 02.08.2024 at the Boardroom, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka.
6. Sealed Bids should be marked “Bid for Supply of Desktop Computers , SVIAS, EUSL” on the left hand corner of the envelope and delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Kallady, Batticaloa or place in the tender box kept in the office of the Director, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, on or before 2.30 p.m., 12.08.2024.
7. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as stated in paragraph 01 above. The Bid Security shall be valid for 119 Calendar days from the date of closing of bids.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at 2.30 p.m. on 12.08.2024, at the Board Room, Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. Late bids will be rejected.
9. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Deputy Bursar (Telephone no: 065 2227996 ), Swamy Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, Kallady, Batticaloa from 21.07.2024 until 09.08.2024 between 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 pm (Week days only).
