The General Administrations and Establishments Division is one of the most important Divisions in the Institute. The main functions of this division are follows:

• Responsible for matters relating to the rehabilitation works, maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Providing services to the staff and students.
• Facilitating procurement and communication facilities.
• Facilitate to provide the human resources for academic teaching and other purposes.
• Facilitating all the non academic employees in the Institute.
