கலையானது மனித மாண்புகளுக்கானதே….

‘கலையின் இலக்கானது வெளிபுறத் தோற்றத்தினைப் பிரதிபலிப்பதன்று மாறாக, உள்ளக முக்கியத்துவத்தினை உணர்த்துவதே’ -அரிஸ்டோட்டில்

கலைகளின் பரிணமிப்பு காலங்களைத் தாண்டி மனித விழுமியங்களை, மானுடக் கலாசாரத்தினை, தனித்துவத்தினை வெளிப்படுத்தும் கலைகளின் சங்கமிப்பு ஒன்றுதிரட்டப்பட்ட, பலம் பொருந்திய, உறுதி வாய்ந்த சக்தியாகக் காணப்படும். இந்த சக்தியின் மூலவாக்கமே கலைகளின் குவியகமாகத் திகழும் சுவாமி விபுலானந்த அழகியல் கற்கைகள் நிறுவகம் ஆகும். கலைஞர்களை உருவாக்கும் இடமாக மாத்திரமல்லாது கலைநயத்துடன், ஞானத்துடன் வரலாறு படைக்கும் தலைவர்களை உருவாக்கும் இடமாகவும் இது திகழுகின்றது. கலைகளினூடாக சிறந்த நல்ல பிரஜைகள் சிறந்த மானுடப்பண்புகள் பேணப்படலூடாக உருவாக்கப்படல் வேண்டும். இதனூடாக சிறந்த மகிழ்ச்சியான சமுதாயம் மலர்ந்து அபிவிருத்தி மேம்பட்டு முன்னேற்றப்பாதையில் நாம் பயணிக்க கரம் கோர்ப்போம்.

The dynamism of art is to live beyond the boundaries, to reflect the human values, culture and individuality. The confluence of arts is an organized, powerful one. Thus Swami Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies, Eastern University Sri Lanka is a focal point to merge these powers with the help of organized aesthetic studies. This is not only a place where the artists are only produced, but also a zone where the future leaders who make history are brought with artistic representation. The art should produce happy good citizens while preserving human values. Through this collaboration healthier society will be produced for a better tomorrow.
