COMMUNITYINVOLVEMENT

  • (2017 –Present)– Collaborative Member of the Non-Violent Living Artist Collective.
  • Conducted a series of public exhibitionson ‘Let’s Celebrate a Life Without Violence Against Women, ’with my artwork on “Disabled Women ”in various places including University of Jaffna(2019), and Thandavanvely Church Hall, Batticaloa(2017).
  • Curated a public exhibition on ‘Let’s Celebrate a Life Without Violence Against Women, ’in Kilinochchi Multi-purpose hall (2018).
  • Conductedandparticipatedinaseriesofworkshopsinvarious places such as Mullaitivu, Kilinochchi, and Batticaloa to foster open discussions on violence again women. (2018–Present)
  • Conduct oral-history-based research about the war-affected women in the Vanni for the purpose of the future.
